How can I reset my password?

Learn how to reset your password.

On Mobile

  1. Open the Sign in page.

  2. Enter your email address in the email field first.

  3. Tap Forgot password? (located above the Continue button).

  4. You will see a confirmation screen saying "Check your email".

  5. Go to your inbox, open the link we sent, and create a new password.

On Desktop

  1. Click the Sign in button at the top right.

  2. In the pop-up window, click the Forgot password? link.

  3. Enter your email address and click Send recovery link.

  4. Check your inbox for the reset link.

If you are already signed in To change your password while logged in:

  1. Open the menu and select Manage Account.

  2. Select Change password.

  3. Enter your current password and your new password, then save.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Search your inbox for "Grandist".

  • If the link has expired, repeat the steps above to start a new reset.

  • If you still can't reset your password, contact [email protected].
