Basics
• Open Messages — Desktop: Sidebar → Messages · Mobile: Engage → Messages.
• Fans can send one message at a time. After you reply, they can send the next one.
Timing and notifications
• You have 7 days to respond to each message. If there is no reply within 7 days, the message is automatically refunded and credits return to the fan.
• Any reply in the thread counts. If you need more time, send a short update.
• You’ll receive notifications on Grandist and by email when a new message arrives.
