How to send a message
On Mobile
Open the creator’s profile page.
Tap the Message button.
Check the credit price shown inside the text box (e.g., "Send message for 12 credits").
Type your message and tap the Send arrow.
If you don't have enough credits, you will see a No credits available badge or be prompted to top up.
On Desktop
Go to the creator's profile.
Click the Message button.
Type your message in the chat window and hit enter or click send.
Where to find your messages
Once you send a message, the conversation thread is saved in your inbox.
Mobile: Tap the Engage icon in the bottom navigation bar to see your chats.
Desktop: Click Messages in the left sidebar.
Important things to know
One at a time: You can send one message at a time. Once the creator replies, you can send the next one.
Notifications: You will be notified via email and in-app notifications when the creator replies.
Refunds: Message purchases are final and non-refundable once the creator replies.
