Creators have 7 days to respond to your message. We give them this time to ensure they can provide a thoughtful reply.
Automatic Refunds
If the creator does not reply within 7 days:
The message request will expire automatically.
The credits you spent will be automatically returned to your balance immediately.
You don't need to contact support; the system handles this for you.
After the refund
Once the credits are back in your account, you can choose to start a new message thread or use your credits for other services.
