Important Policy: You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If your call starts in less than 24 hours, cancellation is not available, but you can reschedule. See Cancellations & Reschedules for more details.
On Mobile
Tap the Engage icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Find your scheduled call in the Video calls tab.
Tap on the booking to open the details.
Select Cancel call and confirm. (Note: If the Cancel button is missing, you are within the 24-hour window.)
On Desktop
Click Video calls in the left sidebar.
Locate the upcoming booking.
Click the three-dot menu (•••) or open the booking details.
Select Cancel call.
Refunds
If canceled 24 hours or more in advance, your credits are automatically returned to your balance immediately.
If you miss the call or try to cancel last minute, no refund is issued.
