Can I cancel my video call after booking?
Yes. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled time, you’ll receive a full refund.
If your call starts in less than 24 hours, cancellation isn’t available—you can reschedule instead (see below).
How do I reschedule my call?
You can reschedule any time within 24 hours of the call window, as long as the creator has other available slots.
If you can’t find a time that works, email [email protected] and we’ll help you explore options.
What if my call starts soon?
When you’re inside 24 hours of the start time, you cannot cancel; rescheduling is available if the creator has open slots.
If there are no available times, please email [email protected].
What happens if I don’t join the call?
If you miss your scheduled call without canceling or rescheduling in advance, no refund is issued.
We recommend adding your session to your calendar and setting a reminder so you don’t miss it.
What if the creator cancels or doesn’t join the call?
If the creator cancels or doesn’t show up, you’ll receive a full refund automatically. No action is needed from you.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.
Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within a few business days.
Why are there limits on cancellations?
Each session is time your creator reserves just for you. Limiting last-minute changes keeps things fair, respectful, and reliable for both sides.
How to cancel or reschedule
On mobile
Tap Engage in the bottom tab bar.
Switch to the Video calls tab.
Under Upcoming calls, tap Details on your booking (opens Call details).
In Call details:
• 24 hours or more before start: Cancel call and Reschedule are available.
• Less than 24 hours before start: you cannot cancel; only Reschedule is available.To reschedule: tap Reschedule → choose a new time → confirm.
If no times are available, contact Customer Support at [email protected].
On desktop
Left sidebar → Video calls.
You’ll land on Scheduled calls. In Upcoming calls, find your booking.
Click the three-dot menu (… ) on the booking card → Details (opens the booking modal).
In the modal:
• 24 hours or more before start: the “Cancel call” option is available.
• Less than 24 hours before start: you cannot cancel; “Reschedule” is available.To reschedule: choose “Reschedule”, pick a new time, and confirm. If no times are available, contact Customer Support → [email protected].
