Credit unlocks & subscriber-only access
• Unlocks made with credits are final and non-refundable.
• Items that require an active subscription are available only while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, access to those subscriber-only items ends as well. (Items you unlocked with credits remain in your Library.)
Exceptions and help
• Messages: if the creator doesn’t reply within 7 days, the message is automatically refunded.
• Video calls: refundable if you cancel at least 1 day before the call date (per the policy shown at booking).
