Top up your balance
On Mobile
Tap the Manage icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Locate the Credits card at the top.
Tap the Get more button.
Select a credit pack and complete the payment.
On Desktop
Click the Credits badge (e.g., "0 Credits") in the top right corner.
Choose a credit pack and complete the payment.
Note: Your balance updates immediately after payment.
Add credits during checkout
If you try to unlock content or subscribe but don't have enough credits, you will see an Add credits screen.
You may see the exact amount needed for that item or options to buy a pack.
Complete the payment.
You will be automatically returned to finish your original purchase.
Important notes
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Unused credits expire after 12 months.
