During checkout
If you try to unlock content, send a message, or book a call but don't have enough credits:
A prompt will appear asking you to Add credits.
You can purchase the exact amount needed for that action or choose a credit pack.
Once paid, you are automatically returned to finish your purchase.
Subscription renewals
For active subscriptions, you don't need to worry about manual top-ups every month.
If your credit balance is too low when a subscription renews, we automatically charge your saved payment method for the required credits to keep your subscription active.
Top up anytime
You can add credits manually whenever you want:
On Mobile: Go to Manage → tap Get more on the credits card.
On Desktop: Click the Credits badge in the top right corner.
Notes
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Unused credits expire after 12 months.
