Allow camera & microphone access

Give your browser permission to use your camera and microphone before the call.

When you start a call, your browser will ask for permission to use your camera and microphone. Simply tap "Allow" to join.

If you clicked "Block" by mistake or the prompt didn't appear, follow these steps to fix it.

On Mobile

iPhone & iPad (iOS)

  • Safari: Tap the aA icon in the address bar → Website Settings → set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then reload the page.

  • Chrome: Tap the lock icon in the address bar → Permissions → toggle Camera and Microphone to On, then reload.

  • Still not working? Go to your device SettingsSafari (or Chrome) → Camera and make sure access is turned on.

Android

  • Chrome: Tap the lock icon in the address bar → PermissionsAllow Camera and Microphone.

  • Firefox / Edge: Tap the lock icon → PermissionsAllow.

  • Refresh: Sometimes a simple page refresh triggers the "Allow" prompt again.

On Desktop (Troubleshooting)

  • Chrome / Edge: Click the lock icon in the address bar → switch Camera and Microphone to On/Allow, then reload.

  • Safari (macOS): Click Safari in the top menu → Settings for This Website → choose Allow.

  • Firefox: Click the lock iconPermissions → remove the "Blocked" setting and reload to prompt "Allow" again.
