Safari: Tap the aA icon in the address bar → Website Settings → set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then reload the page.

Still not working? Go to your device Settings → Safari (or Chrome) → Camera and make sure access is turned on.

Refresh: Sometimes a simple page refresh triggers the "Allow" prompt again.
On Desktop (Troubleshooting)
Chrome / Edge: Click the lock icon in the address bar → switch Camera and Microphone to On/Allow, then reload.
Safari (macOS): Click Safari in the top menu → Settings for This Website → choose Allow.
Firefox: Click the lock icon → Permissions → remove the "Blocked" setting and reload to prompt "Allow" again.
